Successful Motions to Suppress
- Drug Trafficking: Evidence obtained from a unlawful continuation of stop suppressed. Result: case dismissed.
- Weapons Charges: Motion to suppress granted for lack of probable cause in obtaining a search warrant. Charges dropped.
- Federal Parcel Search: Motion to suppress successful after demonstrating the warrant lacked probable cause. Key evidence thrown out, and case dismissed.
- Illegal Search of Cell Phone: Data from a phone search suppressed due to a lack of specific warrant authorization. Without the phone evidence, the State dismissed charges.
- Felony PCS: Motion to suppress successful when traffic stop was shown to be unlawful. Client released with no charges.
- Vehicular Manslaughter: Blood alcohol content (BAC) test suppressed after defense proved chain-of-custody issues. Charges significantly reduced.

- Distribution of controlled substance: mandatory minimum penitentiary sentence case was reduced to misdemeanor with no jail time based upon suppression motion where 1 ounce of methamphetamine was found in car.
